I offer bespoke health and wellbeing coaching that starts where you are now (even if that’s on the sofa) and helps you to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to make healthy lifestyle choices and enjoy every day more! Located in Colchester, Essex, The Wright Fit will come to your home, place of work, a nearby park or another location to help you to achieve your health and wellbeing goals.
Start where you are
There are already myriad gyms and personal trainers out there for people who feel confident with exercise and have specific goals, but very few of them cater to people who don’t feel confident, don’t know what is possible or feel like even everyday tasks are unachievable. The Wright Fit is here for those who “don’t do fitness”. I will meet you at the fitness level you are currently at, even if that is zero, and give you the tools, knowledge and confidence to raise that level – the sky’s the limit!
Feel better without force
The Wright Fit takes a holistic approach to wellbeing. I believe that having strong muscles is not the whole story, and I’m committed to developing healthy lifestyle habits in all areas including physical activity and exercise, healthy eating, practising calmness and improving mental health, enjoying all the benefits that nature has to offer (such as spending time in the sunshine, exercising outdoors and eating fresh fruit and veg) and most of all inspiring my clients to continue to make positive changes in all aspects of their life.
